Drawing tickets must contain your name and callsign.  Please include a phone number if possible – it will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.

• Tickets must be entered into the ticket barrel near the entrance doors. Deposit the small portion of the prize ticket with your name on it.
• No absentee tickets. In other words, you can’t buy a will-call ticket and expect to be entered in the drawing.
• If you win a prize, please be sure to stop by the booth of the vendor who donated it and thank them!
• Winning names and callsigns are listed on the TV monitors located near the corners of the show area and posted to the Hamfest.org website and the ARRL Events app after each drawing.
• Hourly drawing winners are not announced over the PA system.

Hourly drawings for Door Prizes (Saturday)

• Unclaimed Saturday prizes can be claimed up until 11AM Sunday.  If still unclaimed on Sunday, hourly door prizes will be donated to Volunteer Team Recognition Dinner raffle.

Hourly drawings for Door Prizes (Sunday)

• Sunday door prizes can be claimed up until the beginning of the final Main Prize drawing. 
• Unclaimed hourly door prizes will be donated to Volunteer Team Recognition Dinner raffle.

The winning ticket stub MUST be presented to claim ANY prize.

Drawing for Grand (Saturday) Prize

• The drawing will take place prior to the end of the show.
• You do not need to be present to win. Winners not present will be notified by mail or phone.

Drawing for Main (Sunday) Prize

• The drawing will take place prior to the end of the show.
• You must be present, with the winning ticket to win.
• Announce your presence to the stage quickly or another ticket will be drawn. 

By purchasing admission, the attendee agrees that Huntsville Hamfest is the sole arbiter for all prize awards.
