The 2026 Bill Pasternak WA6ITF Memorial Amateur Radio Newsline Young Ham of the Year award winner is: 14-year-old Carsten Glasbrenner KQ4SJM of Brooksville, FL. He is a General Class license holder and passed his Technician license exam when he 11.  Carsten will receive this award on the main stage on Saturday afternoon.
